Welcome! I’m Chef Camillo Sabella.

I’m a Chef/Baker - I specialize in plant-based, paleo, gluten-free, kosher, and ketogenic meals. I want to teach people how to cook their favorite meals at home. Teaching is a passion of mine and I want to share what I have learned over my 30 years in the culinary field - how to prepare meals in a healthier way by not adding all the extra fat, salt, and refined sugars.

My Experience

I have been a chef/baker for over 30 years. I graduated with Honors from NY Restaurant School in 1989 and then studied overseas in Italy. I have worked at many high-end hotels, spas, event facilities, and restaurants throughout the NYC area. I was featured on Food Network’s Wedding Cake Weekend for my plant-based, kosher wedding cake. In 2019 I was a contestant on Food Network’s Chopped.
